This is an interactive eLearning training which illustrates a Lesson to be learnt with the aim of training seafarers and prevent incidents from happening in the future. This course presents a scenario where the participant should be able to evaluate the factors involved and understand the consequences of the incident. In this specific training an allision with a Jetty is studied with the aim of identifying the possible contributing factors and root cause of the incident.
