   Course Description:

​This training is designed for seafarers—and all those who engage with them in roles that shape recruitment, wellbeing, and life on board. It is particularly relevant for shipowners, operators, and maritime shore-based personnel.

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the significance of inspections: how to prepare mentally for them, how to respond during the inspection process, and how to manage the follow-up actions and observations once the inspections are complete.

   Learning objectives:

At the end of the training course the participant shall:

·        Understand why inspections invoke stress and affect performance

·        Identify their stress response to inspections

·        Learn how to respond to inspections and manage follow-up actions
