A programme of training approved by The Bahamas Maritime Authority and meeting the requirements laid down in Regulation V/2.8 of The International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers 1978, as amended (STCW) and STCW Code Sec A-V/2.4.
