Course Description: 

This training is for members of the maritime industry, including seafarers, management, ship owners and crewing. The course will help you understand what is mental health and wellbeing, what changes are common when mental health issues arise, and how to deal with them and support others. 

Learning objectives: 

At the end of the training course the participant shall:
