Course Description:
This course explores the concept of psychological safety and its important role in shaping effective and high-performing workplaces. The audience will learn what psychological safety is, why it matters and how it directly impacts team performance and organisational culture. The course examines behaviours that build psychological safety, barriers to psychological safety and and highlights ways in which every employee and leader can contribute to creating a safe environment.
