Harassment and bullying are harmful behaviours that can disrupt this environment, impacting morale, productivity, and the well-being of all team members. This course equips participants with the knowledge and skills to recognise, address, and prevent workplace bullying and harassment, fostering a respectful and supportive workplace culture. Designed for both maritime and office personnel, the course covers industry standards, recommended practices, and effective strategies to identify, manage, and ultimately eliminate harassment and bullying. It provides actionable insights for senior officers, managers, individuals experiencing harassment, and those involved in supporting a respectful workplace.
