   Course Description:

 The Ship-to-Ship (STS) Operations for Bulk Carriers course offers a comprehensive and engaging overview of one of the most challenging operations in bulk carrier management. Designed for officers and crew, this training provides the knowledge and confidence needed to plan and conduct STS transfers safely and efficiently. Learners will navigate key stages of an STS operation (from preparation, planning, and regulatory compliance to mooring, cargo transfer, and emergency response) while mastering best practices that align with Right Ship RISQ 3.1 standards
