Designed to meet the needs of the modern maritime environment, this course offers a unique blend of theory and practical application in regards to teamwork and teambuilding. Through simulations, real-time dialogues, and the use of visual aids, the basic principles are applied to the everyday tasks of the target group. 

Upon completion of the training course, the participant is expected to:

• Classify between a team and a group 
• Solve issues that hinder teamwork 
• Distinguish among standing team, mission team and task team  
• Value corporate initiatives towards work team building 
• Develop the necessary knowledge, skills and behaviors in order to work in a high performing team
