By providing senior maritime professionals with an integrated and systemic approach the course will enable them to develop their leadership skills in such a way that they will be capable of leading effectively and authentically on a daily basis. Based on research from the relevant literature practical leadership skills are applied in the daily lives of the seafarers through simulations dialogs and visual aids.
