This version is using the default WordPress video embed tool. This usually works completely fine, the only real difference with this free version is that when you press pause You Tube conveniently display alternative video links across the panel.
This example is using one of the free video plug-ins. There are lots of these available, some including this one have premium versions which have subscription costs per year but then come with more features such as listing other videos from the same channel etc.
