Course Description:

This course describes the importance of the Permit to work e Work Permit System established on onboard the vessels. The participants will familiarize themselves with the international requirements and implementation of permits to work. After completion of the course, the learner will be able to apply all the necessary measures following the Work Permit for enclosed spaces, working aloft/over the side etc.

   Learning objectives:

At the end of the training course the participant shall:

·       Understand the importance of Work Permits

·       Understand the international requirements for Work Permits

·       Complete the Work Permit properly before proceeding with the task

·       Apply all the necessary measures following the Work Permit for enclosed spaces, working at height over 2 meters/aloft/over the side and handling high voltage
