OneLearn Global plots further expansion through appointment of CEO

OneLearn Global is building on its growth in the important maritime digital learning sphere by appointing a Chief Executive Officer who will lead the company’s development into existing and new market sectors.

Abhinava (Abhi) S. Narayana, whose appointment as CEO took effect in April, will work alongside OneLearn Global’s existing management team in Cyprus.

Abhi describes himself as a Learning and Organizational Development professional – with a passion for coaching organisations and people through their growth phases. He likes to focus on the ‘Human Angle’ when building learning solutions. Abhi brings with him a wide variety of consulting experiences – working across domains and geographies.

“I am excited to join the team of OneLearn Global and I am looking forward to seeing it become a tour de force in the realm of maritime learning. I believe that OLG is perfectly poised to bring together cutting-edge learning strategies, methodologies, and technologies to the industry. I look forward to working with the team to bring real change and impact to our customers”, said Abhi Narayana.

Mr. Narayana will use the experience he gained while working for organizations like Deloitte, Adobe and Eightfold to lead OneLearn Global into new and exciting market opportunities.

Welcoming the appointment, Nigel Cleave, Senior Advisor at OneLearn Global, said Abhinava’s experience across many layers of digital learning, will prove to be an important asset for OneLearn Global moving forward.

“Learning and training in the maritime sector is changing as a reaction to massive innovation change within the industry itself. Whether it is career development, crew and shore-based competency, new fuels, hazardous materials or diversity, access to the right training modules, delivered in a way that the market wants, is essential. The market is growing as are the changing market demands and OneLearn Global will be at the vanguard of that change. Abhinava’s appointment is an exciting development moving forward,” he said.
