Course Overview:

Delivering bad news is a reality of the maritime field. While we cannot change the news we have to deliver, we can ensure that it is delivered as effectively and empathetically as possible. This course is designed to teach seafarers how to deliver bad news to their colleagues and how to incorporate empathy.

   At the end of the training course the participant shall:
