Family and Relationship Problems

Course Overview:

In this course, you will learn why conflicts occur, as well as the reasons of conflicts which mostly take place in families of seafarers. Also, effective coping strategies to manage family and relationship difficulties will be introduced.

   At the end of the training course the participant shall:

• Recognize the signs of family and relationship problems
• Learn techniques that may help in developing emotional intelligence
• List of the reason which lead to conflicts in families and relationships of seafarers and the coping strategies for solving them
